Office Organiser can help if you are planning an office move or opening a new or first office. We take care of the administrative set up of your office, looking after such things as:

  •  sourcing administrative suppliers and placing first orders (stationery,  furniture, office equipment and more).
  •  setting up a first contacts database, mailing lists, mailing label templates  and other PC based documents your business may need.
  •  setting up your office filing system so that documentation is stored  correctly from the outset.
  •  acting as a point-of-contact for your office set-up or move, working in  consultation with you, but leaving you free to concentrate on continuing  to run your business.

Past assignment

Task:
 

A local consultancy business was growing fast and needed new premises for their 6-strong team. Since they didn't have a full-time administrative employee, they asked us to take care of setting up the administrative side of their new office.

   
Outcome:
 
We sourced suppliers and arranged the ordering of all equipment needed for the office - furniture, stationery, fax machines, computers and more. We acted as office manager for the whole project, and as a point-of-contact for all the suppliers, keeping the client informed as to how the project was developing.
